I initially had a lower back pain, and came to reformer to get stronger, work on my glutes, core and general health. I’m very happy with instructor Elmira, she is the best instructor in dubai I’ve seen so far, because she really cares about every individual she is working with. She has more than 10 years experience, especially working with people who have injuries or had surgery. I was scared to come since I had back problems, but she gave me specific exercises so we took classes slowly but effectively. No I don’t have any problems, and feel so much better. I would recommend anyone who is looking for professional to work with and cares about their health. I’m still continuing my classes and I love it!
