From start to finish, we had a great experience with Oryx! We changed all the windows and doors in our house. Olena, was a great intro to oryx’s offering and helped us w the design and sales process. Then the day came for install. I remember driving up to our renovation site and my heart honestly leapt w excitement when I saw the smart Oryx pick up trucks! We had the pleasure of working w Team Foxtrot ably led by Alvaer who runs a tight team. They were knowledgable, efficient and super polite. Of all the guys we had onsite over the long Reno period, the Oryx guys were by far the nicest, friendliest and easiest to work with. Any issues were easily dealt with. We love our front door, garden and balcony doors and windows, oryx did a great job! We chose titanium grey inside and white outside to meet with the developers requirements. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oryx from start to finish.
