It’s a good property, well maintained and situated in the prime location of Dubai. The commutation from this property was very easy. Availability of cabs, Nearby Tram station. I’ll definitely recommend this property to my friends and relatives

Even there is no info about additional payment for cleaning (only about deposit) before and during booking in booking.com where it was booked and paid, they refused to check me in without this payment. All the confirmations and receipts are attached and absolutely clear for everyone.

It was my biggest mistake to book this apartment in downtown. Location is very confusing. We ended up with spending all our time to look for this apartment. Staff who handover the key was not at all helpful. Even after paid booking they charge extra a big amount of money for cleaning worth 180 and 10 for tax and 1000 deposit for key security. Not worth at all.

We had a perfect stay thanks to the accommodation offered by OSKENA. Not only is it very easily accessible, but it is also just a short walk from the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. The accommodation matched the description exactly, and the residence featured a beautiful pool with an incredible view at night! Additionally, the agents are always available and do their utmost to enhance our stay, so we want to extend our thanks to Kirt and Ahmed. We will gladly return whenever we have the chance !!

I stayed here with my mum for her special 50th birthday and my aunts. It was an amazing trip. The accommodation was spotless & exactly as described in pictures. We loved the views. Kirt and Ahmed were so helpful with any enquiries. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed to cook. There was free parking. We were able to use the hairdressers downstairs which was so handy and walking distance. Dubai mall was also so close. We loved our stay here and would definitely return to that accommodation as location shortened all our drives. Thank you so much Ahmed and Kirt.
