My family had such a great experience at On The Go! After being cancelled on last minute by a different hair stylist, On The Go took us in and managed to accommodate our large group for a wedding. They were very professional and so accommodating given the circumstances. The team was very helpful & gave us all such beautiful hair styles for the wedding we attended. Thank you so much to the On The Go team. We will definitely be back when we visit Dubai again!! A special thank you to the owner who was so kind and friendly. She made the experience so welcoming.

I had the best experience at the salon! Elie worked magic on my hair — I came in for a color change and left completely in love with the result. He listened to exactly what I wanted, gave expert advice, and the final look exceeded my expectations. The service was professional, the atmosphere was so welcoming, and I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend Elie if you’re looking for a true hair artist. Horrible experience. Rude manager. Inexperienced “master stylists” for curly hair. I have naturally curly hair (3b/3c, I have attached a picture) and wanted a simple blow out. I went with my sister, who has slightly curlier and thicker hair, thankfully she had a positive experience. I cannot say the same for myself. I had a terrible blow out here, and my hair frizzed up and was poofy within 30 minutes (picture attached). I came back the next day, they attempted to fix my style and the same thing happened. I was genuinely confused as I’ve never had this happen. When I’ve gotten a blow out in the past the silky smooth results have lasted at least a week (I’ve attached a picture of my last blowout, a week later without touch ups). When I asked them to redo it or offer me a refund, I was told my hair is too curly and unmanageable and that it’s damaged and I require a treatment if I want the results I’m asking for. Instead of taking accountability for their lack of knowledge of curly hair, they placed the blame on my hair texture. I was made to feel like this was a matter of me not understanding my hair type and having unrealistic expectations of service rather than a lack of experience from the stylists I encountered. After going back and forth multiple times, I got my money back but the manager laughed in my face and told me that I was simply angry and refused to listen to expert advice on my hair. I’ve given them 2 stars for providing me with my refund and trying to fix their initial poor work. However, the treatment I received when I went back for a third time was unacceptable and left a sour taste in my mouth. I have never gone back to a stylist to have them fix their work. I hope they grow from this and provide better quality service in the future.

Had an amazing experience with Elie, truly one of the best haircuts I’ve had! He immediately understood the style I was going for and delivered exactly what suited me. The whole process was smooth, and I left feeling so confident and refreshed. The salon itself is lovely, but Elie really takes it to the next level with his skill and care. Also a big thank you to the staff, especially Koni, who was so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!
