The overall experience was great! But the cashier wasn't aware of how to operate the International Card and was asking me instead. And I got overcharged.

WORST STAFF !!!! This shop has the worst staff on this planet! Literally!! Never had any staff telling a REGULAR and a DAILY customer to “STOP SHOPPING WITH US THEN” !! Mary Care or god knows what the spelling of her name is. SHE is super super super rude !! However; she is not the only rude person working there!!!!!!

We bought a pair of trousers as a present, with the promise of a 30 day return as per the website only to be told that the website is a different franchise (?!) and the store return policy is actually 7 days?!?! Who does 7 days returns during this period with holidays, traveling etc Just say you don’t do returns! That’s a much more honest approach!

I would give zero stars if I could. Tried to return a dress that I haven’t worn with the original tag on within their exchange and refund policy but was told that I need to return it to the branch where I bought it from — Abu Dhabi to Dubai. When I came to return it to their Dubai branch, they refused to exchange it because there was a removable stain of foundation on the back??? First and last time I will be buying from them. Service is absolutely awful.

It has a nice ambience,location view and decor.Ravindra served very nicely and very poliety and for sheesha served by kabeer like he served us as per our taste.Will definitely visit again.🤘
