I took a cab from one central to liwan which is around 15 mins ride. I asked when i got in how much it will cost, the driver said 50 dirhams which is fair price considering the close distance. He ended up charging me 250 dirhams. Big scam!!! If i would have gone from dubai to sharjah it would have been cheaper than this! Customer service not helping at all. Asking if i remember the cab number which ofc i dont! Surely a big company like this can use the data I provided containing date, amount and last 4 digits of my card to find the cab and driver!

I was very annoyed about this ride today ... before I got in I asked for the price and the driver said it costs the same as a normal taxi and when I got in and asked on the way what it costs now ? suddenly he said 10-20 dhiram more than usual is the difference and I already complained to him and in the end he said 110 dhiram for a 15 minute ride? Which cost me 39 dhiram in the taxi today ... sorry but that is by no means halal what the company does either tell the truth from the beginning but not lie to the customers ? I do not wish anyone anything bad but success is the last thing I wish them and will not recommend it to anyone. Never again! Hope this will happend always to him !

I took the taxi yesterday night arround 09:15 PM from Dubai cricket stadium to International city and the Cap charged me 231.64 Dhs. Normally the fair should be 80 to 100 Dhs, not more than that. Feels like I got cheated by these people.

This is a great company. The owner and all the staff working in the office are great.
