Today I visited the PIA office as my flight schedule had changed. I must say the entire staff was extremely humble, cooperative, and carried wonderful personalities. They understood my concern and resolved my issue with great professionalism. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Hamza, Mr. Shahzad who very patiently and politely assisted me in changing my ticket. His calm attitude and supportive behavior truly impressed me

Very bad, cancelled flight without informing or calling, at airport Pia office was empty and no Pia staff was there to help, worst airline, would recommend never to fly with them, only reason I booked them was there timing was very convenient, better book with another airline as Pia doesn’t take any responsibility for cancellation flights and doesn’t help customers rebook on a different airline
Called them 100 time never answer and 1 time answer but they don’t talk and hang up such a worst services
A Disastrous Experience with PIA - Will Never Fly Again! As someone who's been flying between Pakistan and the UAE for almost 10 years, I've never encountered the kind of issues I had on my most recent flight with PIA. Up until now, I’ve always flown with Emirates or Flydubai, with zero problems related to flight cancellations or baggage issues. But after hearing a few rumors about PIA's service improvements, I thought I'd give them a shot. Big mistake! I booked a round trip from Dubai (DXB) to Multan (MUX) three weeks ahead of time. Just one week after booking, I received a notification that my return flight from MUX to DXB had been canceled and rebooked to a much later date—totally inconvenient since I had to get back to work in Dubai. When I contacted PIA's customer service, I was told to visit their office in person to resolve the issue. In this day and age of digital communication, that was absurd! But I had no choice, so I drove to their office, got the flight changed to a different day, and thought the worst was over. That was until I landed in Dubai. To my horror, when I collected my checked-in baggage, I found that it had been severely damaged. The zipper area was torn, and my belongings were spilling out. To make matters worse, despite having wrapped my bag at MUX for extra protection, the wrapping was completely ripped apart, and the bag itself was slashed open. It was beyond frustrating! In short, PIA has not only failed to deliver on their promises of improved service but has also left me dealing with avoidable hassle and stress. After this experience, I am absolutely done with PIA and will never consider flying with them again. #PIA #TravelFail #NeverAgain #CustomerExperience #FlightIssues #DamagedBaggage
