We stayed for 2 nights with my beau and had an incredible time. The hotel is perfect for chill, relax and unwind. It features a modern elegant interior design and spotless clean. The staff are amazing, so kind, accommodating and attentive. We especially love the lagoon, its stunning and perfect to swim specially in this summer weather. A truly a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel! Everything was truly top-notch — from the stylish design and spotless, comfortable rooms to the exceptional service. Every single staff member was incredibly polite, warm, and genuinely attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for. A special thank you to Kim, who made my mornings so delightful during breakfast. She was always smiling, so kind and thoughtful — it really set the tone for a great day. There was another lovely girl working alongside her, just as sweet and professional. I believe her name was also Kim, but I’m not entirely sure. In any case, I want to sincerely thank them both — you two are amazing! I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely come back here on my next trip to Dubai — even if it means going out of my way in terms of location. That’s how great this hotel is. Stayed here several times and it is my favourite hotel to stay in Dubai. It is aesthetically pleasing and has quality to it that is just beautiful. The hotel is a combination of local culture and pure luxury. The customer service is above and beyond and you will be treated like royalty. There are several restaurants located within the hotel but I throughly enjoy the restaurant on the ground level overlooking the harbour. It offers delicious food with exceptional views.
