It is the worst. The room is bad, the windows are covered, and the bathroom is dirty. Even the towels are dirty. I asked for another one; it took them one hour to change it, and it was like the first one. The service is bad. Not recommended at all.

Very disappointing experience. The quality of the hotel and service was extremely poor, especially considering the high price. We booked a room for two people, but were only given one towel. There were no bathroom slippers, and the hand shower was awkwardly placed on the right side, making it difficult to use. There was no bath mat and no fridge in the room either. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel — it's a waste of money.

★☆☆☆☆ (If I could give minus 1000 stars, I would) This is hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had — not just in Dubai, but anywhere. The room was absolutely filthy, with a strong, unbearable smell that hits you the moment you walk in. To make things worse, there were cockroaches crawling in the bathroom — completely unacceptable at any standard. The air conditioning system had no proper temperature control, so you’re either freezing or sweating, with no in-between. When we reached out to the staff for help, they were incredibly rude, uncooperative, and downright unprofessional. No sense of hospitality at all. This place completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone — not even for free. Avoid at all costs.

Pathetic Service and Staff, worst experience I ever had. They charged AED80 for room service and cleaning but no body will checked with us. Everybody in hotel was asking for that and hotel staff arguing with them instead of resolving issue. They charged for water bottles, toiletries but never replaced those. Quality of pillow, blanket was not good. Their entire focus on club, even if you are staying in hotel but you can’t park your car or you need to pay them for parking your car. Mouse was wandering around hotel like a king in jungle. We requested to give extra 30 mins (after 12 noon checkout time) for eating breakfast but they don’t allow.

Had the worst start to my day here, they charged extra 135 AED calling it supplement charge which was never mentioned anywhere while booking through agoda. And they did not even give any proof what these "supplement" charges are. Worst staff at the reception, they were arguing back instead of clearing things out. And when it comes to rooms , washrooms are dirty. If you find cheap deals anywhere to book here, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. You will be charged extra alot and it is not at all worth it. Scammers
