Palm Garden Restaurant and Bar

Finding a good brunch with pool access in May led us to the Dip N Dine Brunch at the Sheraton JBR. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The food quality was quite average, akin to a standard hotel lunch buffet, lacking any standout dishes, large range or appealing presentations that usually make you want to try everything. Opting for the top package with alcohol, we found the cocktails overly strong and poorly balanced. Making our own drinks by mixing mocktails with spirits turned out to be the better option. Upon raising our concerns with the manager, we were informed it was misadvertised as a brunch on The Entertainer app, and it was actually a lunch. This sounded unrealistic given the price bracket. Though the chef showed genuine concern and passion, acknowledging our issues, the slight bill reduction offered using the MoreCravings app was still not enough to justify the end cost. If you expect a brunch with food quality above a typical buffet, I would not recommend this place. Service started well but waned over time, leaving our plates and glasses to accumulate. The highlights were the service by Oak, the ice cream, and the pool. However, to truly understand brunch standards for the price, the management and chef should visit similar brunches in reputable hotels. Despite the chef's kind invitation to return in the future, I have no confidence that significant improvements will be made.

Came for the friday Carnival Brunch- The main reason for selecting this place was for my 2 year old so that he could enjoy freely. Good we selected this place as he had a gala time and had no restrictions at all. The Place is inside the Sheraton hotel where there is ample parking. Seating is both indoors and outdoors. The food is placed outside in tents and Dessert + Sushi inside.  Food is mainly Grill items with few Main course items. But the variety of grill is Huge...Taste is nothing extraordinary but decent. They have a pork section as well. I liked that.  The food is mainly arabic and seafood. The main attraction is the Dessert Section. It is HUUUGE and each of the dessert is amazingly tasty. The Desserts are both international and arabic. The service was decent enough. For kids they have a huge play area with frequent visits of A magician, Baloon guy, comedian and face painting. If you select the drinks package the serve Black label as well. Soft beverages are limited to aerated drinks and packaged juices. Another good thing is the private beech access and swimming pool. Overall its a place where you can spend your day with eating grills and enjoying the pool or beach. Definitely a place to go if you have kids and want to spend a lazy weekend.

I enjoyed it a lot! Dip&Dine Brunch has lots of wonderful food. I enjoyed the pool space a lot and even took a nap there. Very tasty, lots of good food and great music. Thanks for the experience!

great location, located on the JBR at the Sheraton hotel. Came for the brunch buffet. I was very pleased with the choice of food for every taste. Liked the sushi and seafood. there is also a swimming pool and a beach nearby, I recommend

Really high quality food and service. Feels very high end and the beach & pool is nice and not overcrowded. Highly recommended.
