PANDORA Jewelry Store

Went in to purchase a charm for my birthday and was assisted by Nimisha. She initially said that it was two charms being sold when viewing my slip I see she charged us for three charms without informing us. She said it was a combined charm - being a tourist I did not check it in the store and paid without question. She was very pushy. I’m really disgusted with her and what she’s done, it’s absolutely ridiculous. Things like this shouldn’t be tolerated, it’s literally robbery. Have shopped for Pandora in multiple parts of the world and never had such a terrible experience. This brunch is probably the worst I’ve been to. Do NOT recommend to anyone. Absolutely pathetic service. 👍🏼

Nimisha she was so helpful and frankly my wife was very happy to receive a gift , Thank you Pandora for keeping a employee like her

I had a disappointing experience with customer service at Marina Mall, particularly with a representative named Sagun. As a customer, I expect a more professional and courteous approach but his demeanor was quite rude and unprofessional.

Went to their branch in Dubai Marina mall to fix a very special ring, the female branch manager came with the worst attitude ever, stating this” it will take a month to fix it, and please don’t try to come to the shop or call us unless we contact you”. She’s the worst person ever and if the concept of pandora is to memorise good memories then definitely I memorise the worst memory ever by visiting this branch or dealing with this manager. I was compelled to leave the ring by first of Jun and till now I received no calls and on top I’ll have to pay to fix their bad quality… shame

Hello, on 12/28/22 at 18:41 during my visit to Dubai, I purchased a pair of earrings at the mall as in the attached photo. Unfortunately, one of the fasteners is not working properly and the receipt was forgotten in your store. In Israel, a receipt is required to repair the earring. 250 dirhams were paid in cash. I would appreciate it if you could send me a copy of the receipt.
