Reconsider using if you value receiving your personal things in reasonable time. They may be a cheaper option but there is a reason for that – their cost savings are on reliable partners and quality control. You need to coordinate everything yourself with their partners, when you want delivery of your things, as they will do minimum. I waited several months for delivery of my goods, and when they finally arrived, it was only half of the boxes. Their designated partner lost half of my boxes! It took them several months to retrieve the other half but after almost one year, I am still missing personal items, which now seems lost forever. They are quick to demand their money, but when it comes to customer service and follow up, you are ignored. Reaching out to them for a proper apology, you are ignored. Reaching out to them for remediation of their complete lack of keeping track in their warehouse and owning op to their mistakes, you are ignored. Expect only the bare minimum or less so you won’t get too disappointed.
