Paramount Hotel Midtown

OMG the view from the pool restaurant at night is just the BEST in Dubai!! It is a hidden gem. The food is also amazing, the chef is really great, the cocktails are nice, the restaurant staff is lovely (Michelle, the restaurant manager from Ecuador is great). The atmosphere and vibe are exceptional with those views. A lady DJ was playing there and the music was not so loud so it was perfect for a romantic couple dinner. On the other side, there is also a lounge bar with beautiful views on the beach. The best in Dubai!

It was our first time booking at Paramount Hotel Midtown, and the experience was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception made us feel welcome. The person who assisted us asked if it was our first time, and when we said yes, he kindly gave us a paper with all the important hotel information, including details about the breakfast buffet and the pool. All the staff were very accommodating and approachable throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious — we truly enjoyed every meal. We also loved the stunning view from the pool and the romantic atmosphere during our dinner at night. It was truly a memorable experience!
