I had a fantastic experience with this company. From the moment I called, their customer service was responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They scheduled a visit quickly and arrived right on time. They was extremely professional, explained everything clearly, and took the time to inspect the entire property thoroughly.

I booked a general pest control service with them and confirmed the date and time. They NEVER SHOWED UP and failed to answer any of my calls. Deeply disappointed because this was a pre move in service and we ended up moving in without getting pest control. This completely ruined our plans. They never even answered me on WhatsApp which is were most of the communication was happening. I got a call back which i missed and then no one answered my calls when i tried to reach them again. This is unprofessional and I do not recommend this to anyone.

Spoke on the phone to get a quotation, lady (Julie) rudest person ive ever spoken to. When i try to explain that i wont be in the apartment she kept accusing me of interrupting her repeatedly and RUDELY saying it. What kind of a customer service is this? WHO says that to a customer on the phone when a customer is trying explain their situation. Never dealing with them again
