I made an order on thier website for the backpack and it’s been a month I didn’t recieve it. I wrote to customer support they responded it takes 5-20 days. I told them that it’s been already more than that and requested refund, they just stopped responding to me. I will make a complain on this company to the authorities as they just took my money and didn’t deliver anything. Will never buy anything from them again.

The shop is closed for maintenance and they have not specified it on google. Walked all the way there to find it‘s close. Disappointing
