Park Apartments Dubai, an Edge by Rotana Hotel

I have now been here for just 6 months. The team are professional and friendly and very helpful. From the Reception (Alaa and team) to house-keeping (mithus) have been excellent at every encounter. The rooms are kept clean and efficient service when required. Thank you to each and every team member.

I really appreciate staying at Park Apartments, I also appreciate all the staff members starting from the front desk all of them were nice and helpful, what made me write today is Tabreez who cleaned my room, was very polite very nice and attentive. Tabreez knew what he was doing, I didn’t need to show him anything. I would recommend the management to give him a bigger role. Thank you Tabreez

Absolutely 5* service especially from Afrar the room was great and made fresh every day. Breakfast is in the hotel next door, a 2 minute walk but 100% worth it by far the best breakfast buffet I've ever had or seen literally a hundred dishes from different cultures. Would absolutely recommend adding that. Only let down is the area. I'm sure it'll be really nice when completed but currently it's a building site all around and alot of the pavements (sidewalks) are missing or being built which resorts to having to either get a taxi or walking in the roads. Underground is 10 minute walk away and the free shuttle bus goes to a few destination.
