🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Great hotel with excellent service! I’d like to give a special thank you to Zaheer — he welcomed us warmly, helped with our luggage, explained everything clearly, and showed us around. He was very friendly and always smiling. He even suggested we relax by the pool while waiting for our room to be ready, which was so thoughtful after a long trip. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff overall were kind, polite, and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you for the great hospitality!

I had a fantastic experience at Park Regis Business Bay in Dubai. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located for both business and leisure. One of the highlights of my stay was the restaurant — the food was always fresh, delicious, and had a great variety for all tastes. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, with both international and local options, fresh juices, and excellent coffee. Special thanks to Hannah, the restaurant manager, for her outstanding hospitality. She was always welcoming, attentive, and made sure every guest felt well taken care of. Her professionalism and kindness really made a difference in the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or a short holiday!

The Hotel is good, situated at great location with good services and the behaviour of the staff is too helpful especially the lady (Hannah) at Breakfast area. She always welcome each guest with smile. Recommended for the family or any individual. 👍🏽👍🏽 The Room service staff member, Kamran do great job, whenever I left for office and when I come back, my room has been always in good condition. No worries related to room services during my staying time period. Thanks to him.

What an amazing stay we had as a family with a toddler. The manager Muhammad Zaheer was incredibly friendly and supportive of us. He guided us to the best areas and supported with getting taxis, findings shop etc. The rooms are incredibly tidy and the buffet was delicious. We will definitely come again!

I had an excellent experience with the housekeeping service provided by Kamran. He was extremely professional, polite, and paid great attention to detail while cleaning the room. Everything was spotless, neatly arranged, and refreshed to perfection. He made sure all amenities were in place and checked if I needed anything extra. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and courteous. Highly recommend his service — truly outstanding!
