Staff has bad communication skills and very little common sense. Provided 25 party favours unpacked despite promise to pack, and left part of the order behind. I now have to pack 25 party bags myself.

Always a good experience with Party Camel, the choice online and in store is amazing, we want it all! the delivery experience was also very good, items come packed in a nice box, and it's so pleasant to see the smiles of our children before and while opening the box! Great place where you can find any kind of decorations you might think of. I needed them for a baby shower party, the balloons were very pretty. The only inconvenience is that I had to pick them myself. If you were to add home delivery in the near future that would be amazing, and I’d be happy to pay extra of course for the service. Overall, great customer service and pleasant experience interacting with Camel Party LLC. Highly recommend them! 😊

I was like a child in a sweet shop when I walked into Party Camel! Such a gorgeous selection of party decorations and accessories - it was so hard to choose. On this occasion I was shopping for my son’s 7th birthday and I had seen the Star Wars decorations on the website. When I entered the store, these were not on display so I inquired with a member of staff who was really helpful. They provided me with an iPad and showed me the Star Wars stock that they had. I chose the pieces I wanted and the staff member went away to retrieve them. When he returned I also mentioned that I wanted a number 7 balloon to which he referred to the iPad to show the different colours that were available. Whilst in the store I also inquired about the balloon arches and was informed that I could purchase them and the shop would prepare it for me and I would just need to pop back to collect - this is something that I will do later in the month when my daughter has her 1st birthday. A fantastic shop with loads of choice and great service. Looking forward to returning very soon! Thank you 😊
