We recently hired Party Monster for our daughter’s 3rd birthday party, and they truly exceeded our expectations! The setup was incredible, and their customer service was top-notch. I worked with Muzammil, Ram, and their team, and they were fantastic—super responsive, accommodating every last-minute request, and going above and beyond to make the event a success. During the party, the entertainer was amazing with the kids, keeping the energy high and making the event so lively and fun. Everyone had such a great time, and many even asked for their contact details because they were so impressed. The best part? We didn’t have to worry about a thing! They handled everything seamlessly, and even after the party, they took care of the entire cleanup. If you're considering them for your event, don’t think twice—they are amazing! Their pricing is also very well priced for the quality they deliver. I’ll definitely be using them for all my future events. Great service , everything went smooth. I have organized an outdoor drive in movie night and everything went great , team arrived on time, sourced the movie and everything. I am organizing this type of movies on regular bases , they are definitely the one I am choosing again and again.

Worst experience I ever had! They cheated us and didn’t do the things they were supposed to do for my sons birthday!! They embarrassed us in front of our guests! They came so late and with less staff, while the guest were arriving they were setting up the tables with a white dirty cloth and fixing the chairs! Building them! They were so dirty and bad quality!!! (I will upload a picture of the table, the green table liner and the trophy and the football decorations were mine!) They were supposed to do a table set up as per our requirements, but nothing they did! They were so late that there was not even time! After 2h of the starting of the birthday they put the welcome board , which is ridiculous!! And after 2.5h they hang the piñata! We paid for a package and extra for things which we never got!! Charging us more and not even delivering us our items it cheating and s company doing this shouldn’t be allowed working like this!! Then they blamed one employee and said he should pay us, instead of taking as a company responsibility and paying our money back for their unprofessional service and cheating, this is unbelievable!! It was such an embarrassment in front of everyone, guests were there and they were fixing things. Now it has been months and they agreed to give us our money back for the things which they never offered and should even for the horrible service and embarrassment! But they didn’t and if I tried to contact them because nothing is coming from them, they don’t even answer! Stay away from them but won’t let them get away with this and will make a complaint, even lying and making us wait for months, so unprofessional!!

Excellent service and a great team. Rana, Faheem and Ibtisam were brilliant and made our event even more special. The team puts in a lot of effort into every little detail. Highly recommended.

Any time I need balloons, party monster are my go too! The best around! And for every occasion. The are very professional to deal with and always deliver the most amazing balloons.
