Got an amazing wash head massage at the beautifully comfortable bed type basin . Absolutely amazing cut & blow dry from Karla extremely experienced and totally professional. I wanted a new look, moving away from highlights to a more natural balayage effect. Adam gave me a consultation, really taking the time to understand what I like and don't like, gave me loads of advice on how to properly care for my hair to get it back into condition (tired from over bleaching and hair extensions) and talked through a plan on how to achieve my desired look. I walked out of the salon feeling a million dollars, following a gorgeous hair treatment, toners to help me in the colour transition, and a cut that freshened up my tatty ends! Thank you, Adam! Been to lot of salons around the world. I would say this is probably the best. Service is professional yet friendly. My haircut with Adam was perfect as it was the manicure with Ellen. Super competent and helpful both of them. People say it’s pricey.. I don’t think it is. I paid significantly less then what I’m used to pay in the UK for a much less luxurious treatment. I would happily fly to Dubai only to go back to pastels. If you are in dubai don’t go anywhere else
