I hesitated because of the most recent reviews but my experience has been quite positive. The receptionist were attentive, greeting positively. They didn’t keep me waiting long. And the massage was one of the best I had in Dubai. Yani, a Balinese massage therapist, is very experienced. She asked me about my preferences and focused on the areas I asked her to. I feel very relaxed and happy with my overall experience. I’ll definitely come back!

Absolutely the best Hammam experience in Dubai! From the warm welcome at reception to the skilled therapists and attentive Spa Manager, the entire team made it exceptional. The facilities are top-class—sauna, steam room, bucket shower, ice fountain, and a comfortable warming bed. The experience was truly relaxing, topped off with delicious detox tea and, of course, macaroons! The luxurious ambiance made it even more special. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a premium spa experience.

One of the best Spas I've been to here in Dubai. Dewi is a very professional massage therapist. I booked the 30minute back massage - the pressure is just right, it totally relieved my back pain. Will definitely come back again as it's very relaxing.
