I’m so impressed with this pet groomer! They picked up my cat right from my home and had him back to me in under 2 hours. The grooming was top-notch—he looked and smelled amazing! I can tell they really take pride in their work. I’m beyond satisfied with the service and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

I recently took my cat Charlie to PawUp for grooming, and I have to say it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Charlie isn’t just a pet to me; he’s family. So when I hand him over to someone for grooming, I need to fully trust that he’s in safe and caring hands. And PawUp truly earned that trust. From the moment we walked in, I could feel the calm and clean environment. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Charlie usually gets a little nervous during grooming sessions, but this time, he was surprisingly calm and relaxed a sign that he felt safe and comfortable. The grooming process was done with so much patience and attention to detail. They bathed him gently, dried him thoroughly without rushing, cleaned his ears, trimmed his nails, and brushed his coat with care. Every step was done with love and professionalism. When I saw Charlie after the session, I was genuinely so happy his fur was soft, shiny, and smelled fresh. He looked like a little king. What I appreciated the most was how the team treated him like one of their own, with kindness and respect. This was my first time with Paws Up, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! From the smooth communication to the quality lf service all was on point. The groomer, Joy, did an amazing job with my Maltese! Exactly as we asked for. You can tell she really cares and pays attention to detail. My dog looked perfect afterwards! I’ll definitely be bringing him back here from now on. Highly recommended!

We visit Les Chouchous since they opened. The staff there are very professional and friendly. Specially Kat. She is always helpful and very friendly and accommodating. Our pups love going there for their monthly grooming. And the groomers does a really good job. I will recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience with their mobile grooming service . My 1 year old golden retriever was totally relaxed and really enjoyed the services . The staff was quick , efficient and thorough . Totally recommend them .
