Pawsitive Veterinary Clinic - Dubai Silicon Oasis

My cat got badly sick very suddenly few days ago, and we were told Pawsitive is with professional equipment and could treat our cat well that’s why we chose to come here. And fortunately, from reception, to doctor and nurse, everyone gave us very professional service and was so patient to our cat. Since our cat’s condition was very bad, we even didn’t expect he could really recover, but with doctor’s good medications, our cat got through the difficulties very soon and it took only 4 days to make our cat alive again. I feel so grateful to the doctor also all other members and really recommend Pawsitive to you when your pet is facing problems.

Every time I visit Pawsitive, it honestly feels like a relief knowing my pet is in good hands. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff are super friendly and on it, they remember names! (Even from my first ever inquiry) They make things smooth, and even helped me arrange a last-minute food delivery when I ran out. 🙈 It's small stuff like that, but it really stands out. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in how they treat both pets and people. Appointments always feel organized, not rushed or overwhelming. It's rare to find a place that feels this personal and professional at the same time. Just really grateful to have them as our go-to vet clinic. Definitely worth coming back to. 🫶🫶🫶

⸻ Marga is very accommodating with all my questions very pro Gia, the assistant nurse, has a gentle touch and takes great care of our pet. Every minute, she and Marga would come to check on our pet. Dr. Iftikhar is also very professional and caring. I highly recommend this vet for all your needs and inquiries when it comes to your beloved pets!❤️❤️❤️they make make sure giving all the information you needed..✅✅✅

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this veterinary clinic, and I feel compelled to share it so others can be aware. During a single visit, I experienced two separate incidents that made me seriously question the clinic’s honesty. First, they told me that my cat’s vaccinations were expired and needed to be updated — which was not true. I had done the vaccinations recently at the same clinic. Only after I pointed this out did they admit it was a “mistake.” Then, when I brought my cat for a simple haircut, they issued a bill for full grooming, which is more expensive. Once again, I had to point it out myself, and only then was the bill corrected. Both of these “mistakes” happening during one visit seems more than just a coincidence. It felt like they were hoping I wouldn’t notice. What made the situation even worse is that the staff never offered any apology for either of these mistakes. They were cold, unfriendly, and showed no effort to make things right or take responsibility. There was absolutely no attempt to restore trust or show basic courtesy. This kind of behavior shows a serious lack of integrity and professionalism. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this clinic, and I personally won’t be returning. Trust is extremely important when it comes to caring for our pets — and sadly, I lost that trust here.

I had an excellent experience at Pawsitive Veterinary Clinic. Shane was incredibly friendly and made both me and my fur baby feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. He also had a consistent updates in regards to our concern.
