I was very anxious about the flight, but Mirela answered all my questions with lots of positivity and kindness. I am very grateful to the whole team!

Australia has a complicated process to import pets, a process that can sometimes take over 6 months. And then there is the mandatory quarantine. Kirsty and her team were very professional right from the start. They were knowledgeable and their communication was timely and transparent. They communicated with me (in australia), my senior parents (who were in dubai with the kitties) and made sure everyone was in the loop. They put my mind at ease, and answered every little anxious doubts i had. Highly recommend them.

Our second time using Pawsome Pets UAE to relocate our two dogs, and just as before, their knowledge and service was exceptional. Knowing the risks of flying a French Bulldog, I was incredible nervous (despite it being his second time!), but the team at Pawsome Pets UAE were great at reassuring me throughout the process. We also faced a lot of confusion around the paperwork of transporting our newly adopted Thai-mix dog, but as soon as we reached out to Pawsome Pets, they were able to review her documents and then guide us through all the necessary requirements for her travel, making it a much more straight-forward process.
