Our Bali trip was an amazing experience, thanks to Zuhair, who handled everything from visas to itinerary planning with great care. The coordination was excellent, and everything went exactly as planned. Our guide was professional, and friendly. The vehicle was clean and comfortable throughout our private tours. The itinerary was overall good—we especially enjoyed the Nusa Penida tour, with breathtaking views at Kelingking Beach. The Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple and Lahangan Sweet viewpoint were simply unforgettable. One suggestion: while both hotels were nice, the Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest was a bit away from the more vibrant areas like Kuta or Seminyak. Staying closer to those hubs would have added to the convenience and vibe. Huge thanks to everyone involved in making this a seamless and memorable vacation. We look forward to book another trip again! 😊
