Great office building with stunning views over the canal. I visited there for my physiotherapy session as the center recently moved to the Court Tower building and I must say it is easier to reach than the previous location and it has good facilities.

I am very disappointed with the management of this commercial building. There are ongoing issues that have not been adequately addressed despite multiple reports. Problems such as poor washroom cleanliness, insufficient maintenance of entrances, and general disorganization and lack of professionalism are negatively impacting the working environment. For a professional setting, these shortcomings are unacceptable. Immediate and serious improvements are needed to ensure a proper and comfortable workspace.

I stayed in this tower for 3 month, first month was barley ok but the second two were horrible. Don't believe the ads of rental agencies about the pool and the gyn, there is none. the units are divided by paper-think walls so expect to hear everything your neighbor does.

It’s an excellent spot in Business Bay. Nice and very convenient view, especially when it comes to visit a medical center like Physiomove, the view itself will help in the healing process as well. In addition, parking is available!!

We moved recently to this new building, staff and security guard are very helpful, views are stunning towards business bay canal. Access to the visitor parking is easy.
