Do NOT hire this contractor. Manipulator and liar. I hired them for tile work, paid the amount they asked for, and they still didn’t complete the job. Let that sink in—I paid them and they walked away leaving the project unfinished (grouting was supposed to be done but refused as grout was part of the job). The quality of what was done is an absolute joke. They didn’t put screed or concrete up to required amount, grout lines are nonexistent. Excess screed was thrown to the plants, creating a mess. And as if that wasn’t enough, they vanished before the job was done. Hon or the filipino said something about payment. I’ve paid what was required but their commitment wasn’t there. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times to get answers or a timeline, and all I’ve gotten is silence. Now I’m stuck paying someone else to fix and finish what should’ve been a straightforward project. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful of people’s time and money. Save yourself the stress and hire literally anyone else. Don’t bother in taking up works with this contractor. Filipino is only an INSECURE entity that doesn’t even commit to standards. Only knows how to copy paste from chatgpt and emails them. She says one thing and totally messes up and doesn’t even complete the existing grout work. Those single-rated “good” reviews are only made up by the company staff. I forecast this guy’s reply is going to replicate my format 🤣
