I got a water filter system from Permatech for my villa and I was extremely impressed with their level of service. They were professional, experienced and responsible. They made sure they understand my problem and accordingly propose a solution as opposed to offering the standard products. Also I received a post service call to check if there are any issues. I’m happy with the experience and would highly recommend them.

Great service and professional work. We got the water filter and chiller fixed for our house and we are enjoying clear filtered chilled water direct from the water tap. Very happy to be able to have clean drinking water and not using the bottled water anymore.. reasonable prices and good value for the money, amazing after sale service and very informative staff. After checking more than 14 quotations and company, I can honestly say and by far PERMATECH is the best quality/price Italian standards with very competitive price, also their after sale service is even better. I dealt with Engineer Mohamed who explained to me the whole process of installation of whole house filters to our Villa, quality of filters and answered my questions abt everything I needed to know with a very professional and open heart. Yet his team is very professional and humble people who I could blindly trust to do the job perfectly.
