I just want to take a moment to especially appreciate the Dr and the assistant at Pet connection veterinary clinic… They were incredibly kind, gentle, and patient with my pet throughout the visit. From the moment we walked in, they made both of us feel comfortable and at ease. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals and their well-being. Their calm and professional attitude made the whole experience so much smoother. Thank you for going above and beyond — it truly makes a difference!

Pet Connection is indeed the best vet clinic we've been to since 2023 with our fur baby, Coffee. On February 14, 2025, we contacted their clinic to get a rough idea of what might be happening to a cat that suddenly showed up in our office. Ms. Liz promptly responded to us and even told us to send photos of the kitten to show to their doctors. Later on, Dr. Elissa suspected it could be a rectal prolapse. We took our rescued cat to their clinic, where Dr. Elissa was there, along with Nurse Mark (and other very helpful staff). Upon reaching the clinic, we found out that it was indeed a rectal prolapse caused by severe diarrhea, along with ear infections. The kitten weighed only 930 grams and was about two months old, and she is a female. Immediately, they did what needed to be done—tests, medication, and they gave us advice on what not to do and what we needed to do for this beautiful kitten. We had ups and downs, almost giving up because her diarrhea just wouldn't stop, but Dr. Elissa, Dr. Daniel, Nurse Mark, and the rest of the staff never gave up. We knew they were praying for the kitten to survive. And yes, we didn’t give up on her either. She had lots and lots of medication, and we knew she was in severe pain, but she’s a fighter, a survivor, so we fought for her too. After almost a month of medication, Alhamdulillah (God is great all the time), our little kitten now weighs 1.66 kg. Thank you so much to all the staff—Dr. Elissa, Dr. Daniel, Nurse Mark, Nurse Erick (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly), and Ms. Liz. Your service, expertise, compassionate care, and dedication to your clients are highly recommended. Meet our second fur baby, Naji (In Arabic, it means “Survivor”).

Our first visit was excellent, and we will certainly be coming back frequently. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The veterinarian was well-informed and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the facility was clean and comfortable, which helped puppy "Sushi" feel relaxed. Highly recommended!Thank you Pet Connection
