I went looking for a female cockatiel and they had one male one female in a disastrous condition , both sick and mistreated i felt so bad for them , small cage in a dark corner being mistreated , treat ur animals right or teach your staff to treat them right or close your damn shop , u have no right in being a pet shop without even taking good care of animals
The staffs and products they have in store is good. Ordering online can leave you with a bitter experience though. Specially their after sales service. Adelaide is the point of contact through whatsapp and speaks to customer as if they are doing us a favor. I'm taking my business elsewhere for sure
