Lovely provided great customer service reminded me we still have a full grooming mobile service left (we used the entertainer). Charlie is very skittish but the staff handled him well and did a great summer doo! Highly recommend the team.

It was quite easy to book the mobile grooming service with Lovely from PetCorner and luckily they had appointments for the same day. We did have a minor issue with appointment time but it was resolved with minimal hassle. Jessica (the groomer) was great with my pet, however it would have been a lot quicker if the driver had extended a little help to her.

I’ve been dealing with this issue since Saturday, and up to now, I still haven’t received my Taste of the Wild order. I also haven’t received any update on whether my autoship was cancelled or not. I emailed customer service (as instructed) to change my autoship interval to XX days, no reply. Yet, the order still got processed and shipped. What’s the point of asking us to email if no one responds? Worse, I had already updated my address (I moved to Ajman), and while my May order arrived correctly, this July order was sent to my old address. That shows your website isn’t syncing updates properly. I messaged three different contact numbers, no response. I called and spoke with Adelaide, who said she’d call back (never did). I also spoke with Jennifer at your DIP HQ, who just transferred me to your CS team, only to be told they were “busy.” Seriously, something is wrong with your customer service team, logistics, and whoever is managing your website. Also, please change your website tagline that says “Our experts are available 24/7”—because that’s completely false.

For the second time, Chipu never failed to amaze me how she took care of my baby during his grooming. Chipu knows how to do her job and do the magic for my baby who hates water and blower 😀 Thank u Chipu and Rio. Until next time🥰

I tried for the first time the Female Mobile pet grooming and it didnt disappoint me. Chipo is amazing in dealing with my aggresive cat who doesnt like to be bath. She is so gentle in handling my baby MishMish. Thank u also to Rio for the help. Chipo and Rio are the best team. Until next time 😊
