Pet Point Veterinary Clinic

I would like to express our sincere thanks to Dr. Muhannad for his great work, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Brownie is a patient of Pet Point clinic and since he was little puppy - thanks to Dr. Khaled Brownie was always provided with the needed medical support. However, on 5 May we rushed to the clinic on early morning as he developed a severe and bloody diarrhea and was in a terrible shape. Dr. Khaled was on leave that day but we were met with wonderful Dr. Muhannad who immediately ran the required tests and admitted him to the clinic for few days. We received daily medical updates until Brownie finally recovered and was able to go home. Thank to Dr. Muhannad and to the amazing Pet Point team!

The doctor and the entire team are absolutely amazing! 😍 Our pet Millie feels completely at ease with them, which means a lot to us. Ella at the reception is always cheerful and incredibly accommodating to both me and my wife. We truly appreciate the care and kindness everyone shows.

I would like to sincerely thank Pet Point Clinic, especially Dr Muhannad for his fantastic work. My cat had a huge tumor and due to her old age and kidney condition, her situation was critical. The experience was truly exceptional, and this is why I truly believe it is one of the best, if not the best, Vet clinic in Dubai: - Dr Muhanad was empathetic, and explained all the options considering her old age and extensive surgery required. - The nurses are truly caring and gentle - They always respond promptly on WhatsApp or calls, and send daily updates on your pet’s condition - They have nurses doing night shifts, so your pets are always attended and cared for, which wasn’t the case in another vet clinic - Their ICU is equipped with all the necessary needs for your pets, which was impressive! They are very kind to animals and very thorough while check up. My cat has trouble moving and Dr. Mohanad checked all her joints gently one by one to help diagnose which ones were damaged exactly. She is feeling better after taking the prescribed medication. Highly recommend the services of the clinic.

Dr Hecham is one of the best - I had a wonderful experience whenever I took my cat, as he made sure my cat had the most stress-free experience.
