Lovely shop with all the products you would need, I went there for cat grooming, they did an excellent job! He was very patient with my difficult cat and did a thorough and careful groom! Will definitely return. Thank you

I took my 2 month old kitten for her first grooming session and i clearly told them to cut her fur short and give full grooming. I am very disappointed with the service. They really don’t know how to give a kitten a proper shower. Her eyes were not cleaned, the fur was not cut properly, there were patches of fur cut here and there, it was the worst experience. They greeted us very well and it was late when i picked her up, so couldn’t check well and give them an update. The place is not neat all, they don’t deserve to be groomers. Please so not take your pets there, have mercy on your pets..

I went to petshampoo and they did amazing groominh for my two cats, they are calm and happy. Amazing service always!

The cats still wet and the hair was still tangled when we took them home after the grooming. And my cat got feline dermatophytosis and ear mite after that. The furglow and cats food cat which they ask us to buy. The cats doesn’t eat at all. And they asked the feedback, But after we said above. They just ignored. And After 2 weeks send advertising messages!! What a great customer service. the worst experience ever, i will never take my cats there again ( not recommend )

I gave my baby girl a beautiful treat at this New opening "mom and pop" shop at International City.. it's run full time by beautiful pet lovers couples. They have pick up and drop off services. Their prices are the cheapest that I found so far. She did shampoo, condition, hair dry, ear cleaning, and nail trimming for total 120 plus they gave her a FREE gorgeous orange towel. I would highly recommend them she was super calm with them and she loved them. Also supporting family business rather than those corporate stores.
