I was trying to return the product while the staff was rudely explaining that there is no return. I just bought it 30 minutes ago and was never using the item. Bad customer service and I’m unlikely to buy anything here again.

Amazing customer experience! I first came to MOE shop for a gift exchange, the manager was extremely unpleasant and didn't want to proceed with the exchange as it was sold items and the delay of 3 days was passed. However as it was a gift I was not informed about the 3 days only policy. The manager sent me to Marina shop where the items were bought initially and I can say that the customer experience was opposite! Very nice welcoming, exchange was not a problem, Nara was helpful, advised well about sizes etc. I would definitely recommand Marina shop and not MOE!!!

Wanted to exchange a gift from a friend that was too small for my child to a larger size, one that had never been used. I was informed by the friend that the purchase was made here so I made the long drive, only for them to tell me they absolutely needed a gift receipt (even though the item is scanned out in their system) and they don't exchange items past ten days (and I brought it on the 10th day). Absolutely will not shop this brand and will let others know of the aftersales service they can expect. Useless.
