My dog was neutered here. The vet and staff were professional and loving towards the animals. When we needed an urgent follow-up they enabled us to come immediately with little waiting time once we arrived
Honestly I think this place is exceptional. Firstly, they took in shelter dogs and we visited and adopted our dog that they were taking care of (arranged by the shelter). Our puppy would have died if it was not for them and their generosity. Secondly, the place is incredibly clean and well organised. The staff on the desk are quite straight faced but so efficient and professional. They call you back straight away, can get you in for an emergency appointment. Very helpful. Thirdly, the lady vet we saw twice was so kind and explained everything very well. She was clearly experienced. The assistant with her gave our dog lots of cuddles which meant a lot. Next level compared to any vets I’ve experienced in the UK. Thank you 🙏 from Dexter (Teeny’s) owners ☺️
Brought my dog 2 weeks ago for her yearly shot and nail trimming. Unfortunately, they cut the nail so short that there was blood all over the back seat of my car and apt. It took until the next day to completely stop the bleeding. Since the visit and until today my dog has diarrhea and has been vomiting intermittently. I’m super disappointed. I will visit a new vet this week to solve the problem.
