Yesterday, I contacted your team to confirm whether cat adoptions would be available today. I was informed that they would be. However, upon arriving today—after traveling quite a distance—I was surprised and disappointed to find that the adoption was canceled at the last minute. The reception team kindly tried to check with marketing and promised to update us, but unfortunately, we received no further communication. As regular and loyal customers who truly appreciate Petzone, this miscommunication disrupted our entire day's plans. A simple email or call from the marketing team informing interested customers about the cancellation would have helped immensely and shown consideration for our time and effort. I would like to especially mention Freddy and Josef. Despite being very busy, they did their best to assist, though the follow-up did not happen as expected. I understand how overwhelming Sundays can be, and I do appreciate their efforts. A small note to Mr. Jr: A smile goes a long way in customer service. If you're feeling tired or overwhelmed, please consider speaking with your manager for support. We all face challenges, but a welcoming face can make a big difference in a customer's experience. You represent the brand, and positive energy reflects well on both you and Petzone. On a brighter note, I want to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to Merci. Every time we visit, her professionalism, attention to detail, and positive energy are clear to see—even through her face mask. She consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued and welcomed. Merci, your dedication and kindness are truly appreciated, and you are a shining example of excellent customer service. Thank you Merci , you made my day.

Regular costumer here! No words to describe how excellent their online service is. I've been using their app for almost a year now and the customer service never fail to fulfill their job. Very responsive and very helpful as always. Deliveries are always on time. It's just simply amazing. You guys deserve more than a 5 star!

Passed by today to grab some pet food for my cat and loved the place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also the place is quite spacious and fully equipped with pet food, toys and etc for your beloved ones. Location is just perfect in the centre of the city, with lots of public parking spaces. Also I was lucky enough to receive a complementary package of pet food and some treats for my cat from one beautiful lady promoter from Purina. That was amazing approach in order to create awareness of their brand. Great team! Keep it up!

I was calling about grooming my short haired cat and HEIDI was absolutely exceptional! Heidi explained all the options and suggested the best package for a dry shampoo- which I didn't even know exited. Then Anthony + Mohamed scheduled me so easily. Thanks Petzone Team!
