I had a terrible experience with Pharmatrade, the distributor of Mounjaro. After purchasing an injection with a clear manufacturing defect, I reached out to them via email multiple times to request a replacement. To my disappointment, they completely ignored my emails. Even the pharmacy where I bought the product contacted them on my behalf, but Pharmatrade still failed to respond. This kind of disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable, especially when it comes to important medications. I trusted them to provide quality products and reliable service, but they have shown neither. I would not recommend dealing with this company if you expect any kind of support for defective products. Very disappointing!

Where is customer satisfaction & where is customer care ??

Shocking customer service. Refusing to help with replacement of a faulty Mounjaro pen, they ignore the pharmacy I bought it from, make countless irrelevant questions to delay the process. They simply don’t care. They are suppose to provide in some case life saving medication yet don’t care. So much so that I have now made a complaint to the DED as my consumer rights have been taken away. The complaint was made inside 30 days. Absolutely shocking that they can get away with this zero service not only to the end user but the Pharmacy trying to help who are also struggling with them. Don’t use them for business of personal use and someone needs to contact Ely Lily to advise of this appalling service of their very popular product. Very unprofessional! If there was zero stars I would choose it.
