I was walking by the store not even planning to buy and this young charming lady names Anastasia R. called me in to show me a pair of eye glasses. 30 mins later, i bought multiple items and couldn’t have been happier with the amazing guidance this lady gave me. Amazing experience and highly recommended!!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I told them several times that I needed 2 XL t-shirts, and they ended up packing 2 L t-shirts. Considering I bought them while I was on a business trip, I don’t know when I will arrive next time to change it.
Terrible customer service. Same bag broke twice after being repaired (handle felt off after 1use) it's been 3 months now that they still haven't return it. Manager constantly not avaliable, staff unhelpful and rude. Been promised to be updated about the progress - never received a call, I am the one who has to constantly call and check and then be told that it is my fault that bag is broken even tho it's the faulty screw from the handle. The worst experience when it comes to shop in any of PP shops
I bought hat, clothes and jackets in the store. They sell these to me original price. Actually There was a discount on the UAE Philipp Plein website(I checked it after I backed my home), but sellers didn’t tell me about it. Poor customer service. I’m not gonna buy clothes from this store. If you wanna buy this brand clothes, I definitely recommend you to check the website first.
