Beware of Phoenix Global Visa Services – A Very Bad Experience I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with Phoenix Global Visa Services to warn others who may be considering their services. My husband and I physically visited their office in October 2024. We met a salesperson named Kripa, who painted a very convincing picture of helping us migrate to Luxembourg. She assured us that everything could be done smoothly within six months and made promises that turned out to be completely false. We trusted them and signed an agreement. Based on their claims, we paid them AED 6200 inclussive Vat to proess my husband's application to luxemburg . Our case was handled by person named Lexi. However, after taking the money, they stopped delivering on any of their promises. Over the following months, they did absolutely nothing to support our application. Despite our repeated emails and visits to their office, they kept delaying and giving excuses. Eventually, after months of wasted time and energy, and only after my husband repeatedly followed up and even caused a scene in their office, they finally refunded the money—but deducted AED 500 as “admin fees,” even though they did no real work. Money Aed 700 paid for Vat which was another waste, as they never supported the process properly. From October 2024 to July 2025, we lost our money, time, and peace of mind. They made big promises and delivered nothing. Refund also made because they did not have any other option becaus my husband visited their office every other day and screamed at them. Specially need to mention staff name Joyce and Lexi give the promises which never fulfilled . I think the issue is with company owner. He steal money from people and keep investing and get profit. That's how company run. They keep nice staff to steal money from people with drawing their dream country in their mind.
