Not good customer service unpleasant experience. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and addresses such behavior to ensure better service for future customers. Will charge higher than regular and unpleasant

Served by Abdulrahman who immediately tried to apply new screen protector over old one, then dumped new protector at an oblique angle on the phone and then tried to change me 99aed for a protector that I normally replace for 50aed. Eventually gave me a 10aed discount after I threatened to call the owner. If you want to use these people make sure you get a price first. Also tried to charge me 200aed by putting my phone in a new case I didn’t ask for - 200aed for a non genuine case!!!

"I visited PHONE BOOK in Dubai Marina Mall Outlet 16 December with two guests from Switzerland mother and daughter, and unfortunately, we had a very very negative experience with one of the sales staff. The salesperson his name Abdul Rahiman Hasainar acted unprofessionally and dismissively. Without offering us any options or confirming our needs, he abruptly started the work by removing screen protection, and when we asked about the price, his reaction was rude and unacceptable. He even raised his voice, which left us shocked and embarrassed, especially in front of my guests. This is really not acceptable. He not deserve even one star. This kind of attitude does not reflect good customer service and creates a very unpleasant experience. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and addresses such behavior to ensure better service for future customers."

Very dissapointed by their behaviour !!! I went there 3 days ago to put a screen glass protector for my iwatch and after one day the screen protector started making bubbles! I went back to discuss that with them and at the time I got there it was the same people with the first day.as I was showing them the bubbles on the screen they were pretending that they didn’t know who I was and that they weren’t the same people !!! All I can say is shame on them giving a bad name to such a nice place like Dubai 👎
