Price is 70 for passport size photo which is double the price compared to any other

Their service is slow, I asked for a soft copy and have still not received it after 5 days

All as it needed to be! I am just wondering those former reviews, compared to my own experience. The staff was extremely friendly and business-like, and the photos were just great! I needed passport photos as express service, and it worked perfectly well, and the photo itself is one of the best I've ever got. Maybe some of the complaining customers should have a mirror and ask themselves how do they treat staff? Price was very reasonable for the service I got. Thanks!

I’m really not sure how others rate Photomagic.. well had to go there just because of no other options.. the service was absolutely awful.. just a couple of interns trying to run a studio.. they really did a horrific job. How hard is it to click a passport size photo. When you charge 3 times a regular studio prices (AED.65/-) I expected some decent photography…The end result was absolutely patchy … can’t recommend anyone 🤬

I'm not one to easily complain however after visiting the store, I would agree with the majority of the reviews on this platform. The staffs attitude is definitely appalling, no common decency and respect for the customer, speaking in their own dialect whilst dealing with customers is highly unprofessional and as the other review mentions they're not very helpful. Best you save yourself the trip and money and go somewhere else. Management needs to look into this, if not, with this negative feedback they'll lose plenty.
