Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The atmosphere was unwelcoming. The staff seemed tired, unmotivated, and were not open to helping or making adjustments. I also felt mocked during the interaction, which was deeply hurtful and unprofessional. What hurt even more was how rude they were — as if they were doing me a favor just by speaking to me. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any service-oriented environment. I came with trust and hope, but left feeling disrespected. I believe that no matter how busy or tired a team may be, basic kindness and respect should never be compromised — especially in a professional setting.

I recently visited Photo Point Express Studio in Al Barsha 1, and I was thrilled with the quick and professional passport photo service they provided. I left with a fantastic 2x2 photo that looks sharp and polished. I highly recommend this studio, located on the ground floor of the Sheikha Noura Building, right next to Fatima Abdulla Mohammed Rashid Mosque (Al Barsha Mosque) and just before Grandiose Supermarket on Al Barsha Street 1. They offer a wide range of services, including ID photo shoots, photo enhancement, personalized gift collections, custom mugs, and event video shoots for birthdays and corporate events. Their selection of frames caters to various needs, all at reasonable prices. Additionally, they can handle photocopying and document printing with reasonable prices. A special thanks to George and Ahmed for their exceptional service; they were incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a smile. Their hours are from 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM, which is very convenient, especially since most photo studios in Dubai close by 8 PM. If you need a passport picture or other documents printed quickly, you can send your requests in advance via their WhatsApp at (050 628 5874) for a speedy print and pick-up. They also offer RTA parking right in front of the shop, with additional RTA parking available behind the building for your convenience. I rate my experience a solid 9 out of 10!

Samjith is very good at his job. He has a lot of patience for the customers specially to those who has a lot of request like me. He is really nice, the company is really lucky to have him.
