Tina kindly invited us to Piaget’s event at Art Dubai, where she introduced us to the brand’s history and presented some exceptional pieces in a setting we won’t forget. Her thoughtful approach and clear passion for the brand helped us connect with Piaget on a much deeper level. The sales person are enjoying chatting idly, making it feel like a grocery market rather than a luxury boutique.
Nice shop but the branch manager is totally dependent on the brand doing everything for him, which even a 6 years old child could do. Employees need to engage more with serious buyers making good deals and not only show stuff. They lost a customer for some 3% discount on an 80K Dirhams watch. Completey not smart compared to other big brands and retailers in the same mall.
5 stars only for Ali he was very polite and helpful unlike the other staff they were busy chatting
