Had to stop by Pinkberry for some frozen yogurt an all time fave! But I was honestly disappointed with the supervisor, Richard. He was kinda rude ngl… maybe it was because they were busy, but still, you'd expect better attitude from a supervisor, especially in a Dubai Mall branch. I was about to ask for a manager, then realized he was the supervisor.
Absolutely love Pinkberry! The frozen yogurt is always fresh, creamy, and delicious, with just the right amount of tang. They offer a great variety of flavors and toppings, so there's something for everyone. The store is clean, and the staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful.
Absolutely amazing service. We were there for the first time and the employee Nidup welcomed us and asked if this was the first time then she explained about their product and even served all the flavors to try first. She was very sweet. We will definitely come back
I was ll come again and again the service is wonderful they are nice and give me permission to take pictures of them as well . They are so lovely 😍🌹.
