We purchased safety shoes from this brand (CROSS), and within just three months, the back sole started tearing apart. They promote their product as top-class, but the reality is completely different. The durability is terrible, and the comfort is just as bad. Honestly, this is one of the worst safety shoes we've used — poor quality, short lifespan, and absolutely not worth the price. If you're looking for reliable safety footwear, look elsewhere. We do not recommend this brand at all.

While they met basic safety standards with their steel toe caps, the overall quality left much to be desired. The slip resistance was inadequate but didn't offer the level of confidence I expected in slippery conditions. In retrospect, Pitbull Safety Products in UAE, Safety Shoes didn't meet the mark for me. For those prioritizing comfort and durability in their work footwear, exploring other options might be wise. One point- I am giving 1 star bcoz there is no choice for zero. As far as after sale service is concerned,I would say “worst”.
