Platform is hands down one of the best fitness centers I’ve been to. The facility is clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need. The trainers are friendly, and genuinely invested in helping you. The energy here is always motivating, and the community vibe keeps you coming back. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their fitness journey.

If I could give 0 stars I’d “Wellness place”🤡 I paid for a yoga class. I showed up. You didn’t let me in — and then had the audacity to call it a “no-show.” After wasting time locating the entrance and dealing with your chaotic parking setup, I arrived a few minutes late. Not ideal — but I was there, ready to join. Instead, I was blocked at the door and told I could “rebook so I don’t get charged.” Wait, what? I showed up. You refused entry. And then you tried to spin it as a kind gesture that you won’t charge me for a session you denied me access to? That’s not a policy — that’s delusion. The excuse? I might “miss the instruction.” Please. It’s yoga — not neurosurgery.Few minutes of warm-up doesn’t justify locking out paying clients and acting like you’re doing them a favor. It was my day off. My time is valuable. And instead of peace, I got gatekeeping, arrogance, and sour faces. There’s nothing special about your studio — no charm, no warmth, no basic decency. Just inflated ego and fake “zen” energy. And let’s not pretend I’m the only one. Your reviews are flooded with people who had the exact same experience. And every single time, you reply with a robotic, soulless copy-paste about “class integrity” and “policies.” What you really offer isn’t wellness. It’s a power trip. A place where rules matter more than people, and the illusion of professionalism hides a deep lack of emotional intelligence. Yoga is supposed to be grounding, welcoming, flexible. You offer none of that. You lock the door in people’s faces and expect them to thank you for it. That’s not integrity — that’s pure nonsense. To anyone reading this: there are hundreds of better studios in Dubai — with gardens, smiles, real humans at the front desk, and actual understanding of what well-being means. Don’t waste your morning — or your money — here.

I’m really disappointed with how Platform Studio handles its class bookings. I had a class booked for 7:30 AM and arrived at 7:31, only to be told I couldn’t enter because they had already let in people from the waitlist. One minute late — seriously? Most studios wait at least 3 to 5 minutes before giving away a booked spot or at least they call to make sure you're coming. I made the effort to wake up early and go all the way there, only to be turned away. What’s the point of booking in advance if someone from the waitlist can just take your spot the second the clock turns? What’s even more frustrating is that when you book a class, the credit is immediately deducted from your package. Meanwhile, they encourage people on the waitlist to come and stand by just in case someone is a minute late — so they get paid twice. It honestly feels like a money grab. At every class, there are multiple people waiting outside from the waitlist, and sometimes even people who haven’t booked at all. The place feels chaotic — more like a souk than a premium studio. I get that there should be some policy around lateness, but this level of rigidity, with zero flexibility, just shows a lack of care for clients. I’ve been to many other studios, and this is the only one where I’ve seen the staff act like this — completely indifferent and transactional. They spam you with promotions and offers to get you to sign up, but once you're in, there's no real customer care. The studio is also extremely overcrowded for its size. Booking a class is like playing the Hunger Games — you need to set an alarm and book as soon as the schedule opens or everything is gone. And honestly, the instructors, especially for Pilates, aren’t anything special. I chose a package with Reformer classes, paid extra, and I’m really disappointed. There are way better studios out there that offer a much more professional and welcoming experience. Between the overbooking, poor customer treatment, a...

I am writing as a loyal member who has been committed to your gym for over five years, consistently supporting your vision and providing feedback to help improve the facilities—particularly at the Index Tower branch. Despite several attempts to raise concerns about cleanliness and facility upkeep, little has been done to address them. Most recently, the discovery of cockroaches in the women’s changing room has left us deeply frustrated and disappointed. This is unacceptable, especially from a facility that commands a premium membership fee. Many competing fitness centers offer better-maintained environments, advanced recovery rooms, and a proactive approach to client care. We joined your gym expecting similar, if not higher, standards. Unfortunately, this ongoing neglect is making us reconsider renewing our memberships. We hope this issue will be treated with the urgency it deserves and that real action will be taken—not just promises.
