Platinum Heritage Desert Camp

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish on our desert safari. Pick up was on time and the journey to the initial camp was in a very comfortable spacious car. Our guide from pick up to drop off was Roberta who was fantastic the whole time. Once we were in the land rovers she had so much knowledge and stopped whenever something was worth looking at. All of the guides were really friendly and help with all the food once we reach the final camp. The food was delicious, the slow cooked lamb was incredible. All the entertainment was great and loved the overall atmosphere. It’s a must when visiting Dubai.

This was the highlight of our trip to Dubai - start to finish! The staff, experience (camel ride, desert tour, Falcon just to name a few) and food was next level! Will come back during the winter to experience again for sure! Shout out to our tour Sammy who was incredible!

Oscar was our driver, what a wonderful man, a gentleman and very intelligent, he told us the whole story. It was an amazing experience. The whole experience was really amazing. I give 10/10 for everything , thank you, I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Let me take this moment to say thank you Dubai. The minute myself and spouse touched ground we were greeted with love and the upmost respect. Dubai is full of loving people. Now back to my review. Myself and spouse were greeted with our driver/tour guide and he was amazzzzziiiinnnngggg… He arrived early and greeted us with love. He took us on memorable ride before we arrive at Platinum Desert camp. Second we arrive at the camp we were greeted again with people waiting to be by your side. We received our head scarf and a platinum heritage water canister. We then proceeded to take PROFESSIONAL photos. The photographers here are top notch. Please buy the photos and Video you will regret it if not. Then we proceeded on our safari tour. I don’t want to give you step by step because it won’t be a surprise. You will Love every minute. Not one time we were bored on our phones. You don’t have time for that. It’s excitement after excitement. The best part was the camel ride. Then myself and spouse had a private area to enjoy an amazing 5 star cuisine and show…. They have other surprises I do not want to say, just book and see. Please if you are thinking about booking, don’t think; book now…. Thank you again Platinum Heritage… you made my birthday so special….

Came here for a birthday and it was a wonderful experience. We did the platinum experience which was well worth the upgrade. Some of the things we really loved were our guide Amjad was so helpful and knowledgeable, the dinner was lovely and service 10/10, the stargazing was a wonderful end to the day. It’s a eco conscious company and you can see that throughout the experience. Highly recommend!
