I recently bought tickets through Platinumlist and was very disappointed by how the checkout process is handled. Additional services like "Refund warranty" and "WhatsApp notification" are automatically added to your order — not as an optional offer, but as something pre-selected by default. This options showing below your card details and if you’re in a rush or simply don’t notice them, you end up paying extra 63 AED — for services you didn’t really agree to. First - they asked if you agreed with T&C, then they informing you below after card details thise additional charges. What’s worse, they refused to refund for these services. It's frustrating and feels unfair. Platinumlist should be more transparent and respectful of their customers’ choices.

very bad experience they took the money for semi final basket ball game and the game finished before 3 hours ... and when send email no one answer we call them they answer so sorry max today or tomorrow u will receive ur money back i have record for the calling after 2 days i call back he told me we called u and no one call me i tell them i need to talk to manager why u said u will pay then after 2 days ur request is rejected he tell me i well send request!!!!! it's not about money about the way they took it and no respect and i will post everything soon and i wish from everyone has bad experience to post not about money just for respect

Generally all is well with their services, however, after buying a ticket for an event, I noticed in confirmation email that the only way to get the ticket is to download the app. once I contacted support, they showed this tiny box that indicates the policy. I should be able to access the e-ticket I bought and paid for freely, without hassle and per my convenience. Accessing the ticket via the app must be "an option" not "mandatory". There are better ways to increase the number of downloads of your app rather than such tactics.
