@Shihan Sampath As far as I know PNI is one of the logistics company who promote freshers. PNI has asked only to take one week training and your sister is the one extended for one more week to prove herself .I have personally met your sister and told her to be aggressive and ask starting doubts. Your sister was not able to even understand the training given by the PNI and even she was hesitate to ask the question to the trainer . In your sister's case it was not at all PNI mistake . They were trying to give her a chance.
