Amazing place and Experience, i will definitely come back!

We've been recording our Omillionaire podcast at Podcast Hub in Boulevard Plaza, and the experience has been outstanding! The studio is modern, well-equipped, and located in a prime spot in Downtown Dubai. The team is incredibly supportive and professional, making the entire recording process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to create high-quality content in a top-tier environment!

Unfortunately, this is the first time I’m writing a negative review. I had a terrible experience with Podcast Hub. Despite the team being nice and friendly, the delivery was delayed by more than 10 days, and the quality of the delivered episode was poor, with noticeable echo issues. I received four different excuses for the delay: first, they were moving offices; then, to 'impress' me, they claimed they were taking extra time; later, they said they had too many clients due to a discount they offered; finally, they mentioned they had an important event that left them without available staff for 10-11 days. Eventually, they also mentioned a technical problem. They apologized multiple times and assured me they had fixed everything. I believed them, but they could never provide a clear date for the corrections. They repeatedly told me, "We’ll update you tonight," only to say the same thing the next day. I'm very disappointed, as I had received a good recommendation from my cousin about their services. This delay disrupted my schedule, cost me money, delayed my branding and marketing, and, to make matters worse, the final product was supposed to be compatible with YouTube, as explicitly discussed, but it wasn’t. This has now further delayed my launch. The experience has been a complete mess, involving over two and a half weeks of back and forth with no concrete solution. I’m writing this to warn others: if you have deadlines and public commitments, it’s a real risk to work with Podcast Hub.
